Part 1: Some key features of ClickFunnels
Feature #1: Funnel template blueprints
Before I get started with this ClickFunnels review, I’d like to start by saying that like you, initially I’ve never created a sales funnel before when I first started with ClickFunnels. But don’t worry, there’s help around the corner!
To help you get started, ClickFunnels starts you off offering 22 different templates that you can choose and then customize according to your business needs. These are field-tested and proven funnels that convert! Out of all the lead generation programs that are out on the market, there’s not better way to get started.
The funnel types fall into one of 3 main categories: Lead Capture Funnels, Sales Page Funnels, and Event Funnels.
In addition, each funnel type has its own set of free templates and paid templates. Even if you don’t have any design skills, your funnel pages will all have a consistent, professional design.
They include simple funnels like the Squeeze Page Funnel which collects a visitor’s email address and then sends them to a Thank you page when signing up.
There are some other special funnels like Membership funnels you can create.
Or to more sophisticated sales funnels like the 2-Step TripWire Funnel which sells a low ticket front-end product (your tripwire) and then upsells them to your more expensive products using Order Form bumps, and One Click downsells or upsells.
Once you select your template, and customize it with your own domain name, your sales funnel is now ready and you can start sending traffic to the funnel and start to generate leads.
Feature #2: No Need to Be a Techie with a Visual Drag and Drop Editor
To start, the pages in ClickFunnels are laid out using sections that can have any number of columns and rows. You can then use your mouse to drag elements around and place them where you want them.
Personally, the editor is intuitive, easy to use and doesn’t require a lot of time to learn how things work. If I need to add new elements, or select components to move around or edit the text, it’s very simple. If you know how to operate Microsoft Word, this is no different.
The most important thing to remember is that you do not need to know any coding list HTML or CSS, and will save you a boat load of time inserting new components like a countdown timer. Some businesses have been known to get rid of their webmasters! I’m not suggesting you do from day 1, but it’s definitely something to consider once you’ve gotten the hang of the ClickFunnels secrets.
Feature #3: Awesome Widgets
These days, just having some basic elements Headline, Image, Text, Button, Input forms and Video widgets are simply not enough, and I wouldn’t be writing this ClickFunnels review if that is all they offered!
The beauty of ClickFunnels is that there’s a plethora of new features and widgets that you can use to generate more sales leads.
Here’s a few other elements that you can use in ClickFunnels;
- SMS texts when a user opts-in to your mailing list
- Surveys and Quizzes
- Pricing Option Tables if you’re offering multiple solutions
- A Progress bars to let a user know where they are in the signup process
- Facebook Commenting — probably one of the most commonly requested features
- Countdown timers — when you need to create some urgency on an offer
- Custom HTML text and tracking codes
Plus, let’s not forget the most powerful feature, which are membership signup and access pages.
Feature #4: The Ability to Share funnels — powerful feature that can help you make more money
One of the most powerful capability is the “Share Funnel URL” which allows you to create funnel inside your account, and then extend that funnel to your clients ClickFunnels account. Imagine you’ve been asked to create a real estate sales funnel by a client. You can easily pull out your funnel that you’ve already built (perhaps for an Insurance lead generation), and then simply copy that funnel into your clients ClickFunnels account — like a template.
When your client clicks on the link they will be able to import the funnel directly into the account if they are already a ClickFunnels account holder. If not, they can sign up for the ClickFunnels 14-day free trial and then get your funnel added to their account (for which you can also get an affiliate commission from if they stay on as a client).
Feature #5: Training resources that won’t allow you to fail
When you’re first getting started, it may seem to scare you when you have all the buttons and elements that you need to add to create your first funnel.
But help is on the way, and let me walk you through what that looks like, starting with the 7 day challenge. Every day, you will watch a video that walks you through the gamified version of ClickFunnels where you’re tasked to do certain things, and you can win some prizes along the way.
The other areas you will find incredibly helpful are the Facebook pages and other resources that are there to help you get started. I’ve personally have participated in many of these groups and to this day, continue to stay active whenever possible.
I’d certainly recommend that you go through these communities and forums to get yourself familiarized with ClickFunnels, and you enjoyed the ClickFunnels review!
